If you treat my home for ants, how long does it take to eradicate them?

Our product is not only effective, but it has a long residual, so it's constantly working in your home even after the tech leaves. This is an important factor for the ants in your home. Each ant nest can have up to 100,000 ants! And each home can have an average of 2-4 nests! It takes 30 -60 days from each treatment for you to see the results of that treatment. This is because the only way to eradicate the nest is to have a product that the ants take back to the nest. This is a process, a long term solution. It is also important for the continuing management of ants, to stay on a continued maintenance service to keep your home free of all ants. It's our goal to help you get rid of your ant activity, and keep new ants from attacking your home.

Is the product that you use effective in the weather, such as rain?

The good news is that the main products we use are activated by water, so when it rains it makes the residual of the product last even longer, and reactivates our product. The pests around your home never take a day off so it is important for us to use products that are consistently working in any weather, so that your home is consistently protected.

How long does the product last?

The length of the residual depends on where we treat (in the walls, outside, inside the home) and what pest we are treating. I signed up for a maintenance service, how will I know that the tech is coming out?

Our Scheduling Specialists can use either postcards or calendars to notify you of your services. They determine which notification to use based on the service area you are in, the type of service we are doing and the frequency of services. For specific questions on the manner of notification that you are receiving please feel free to contact someone in our scheduling department.

If you are treating one pest at my home, will your product kill my other pests?

Although our products are highly effective, each pest that can attack your home has different nesting areas, eating habits, and traffic patterns, that necessitates custom treatments. If you are being treated for only one pest, and are having issues with another pest, please let your pest control technician aware. They can add specialized treatments to best meet your pest management needs.

If my guarantee expires, and I still want treatment for my pests, what protection can you offer me?

After your guarantee period expires we can either renew you guarantee at a reduced charge, OR we can convert your guar into a regular maintenance service where we automatically come out and refresh the barriers around your home to keep pests from returning.
